We cannot earn salvation. We are saved by God's grace.
All you have to do is believe that you are a sinner, that Christ died for your sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day, according to the Scriptures.
If you have a repentant attitude towards your sins, ask for His forgiveness, turn away from whatever you are trusting in for salvation, outside of the Lord Jesus Christ (church membership, your good works, water baptism, etc.), and instead place your faith in His finished work on the cross of Calvary, for your salvation, God then gives you eternal life!
Jesus Christ knows you and loves you wholly.
What matters to Him is the attitude of your heart— your honesty.

"LORD Jesus, I know I’m a sinner and I repent of my sins.
I acknowledge that I cannot save myself. Therefore, I come to you, O LORD Jesus, and receive you as my personal Saviour.
Please come into my heart and save my soul.
In Jesus name. Amen."
